The superior king studio I got was complete with spa bath, a sofa bed, as example. An electric kettle, a refrigerator, and kitchenware were a nice touch;))

I recently had a wonderful stay at a motel in Napier. The value for money was very good, especially considering the great location. The motel was lovely and just a short walk away from both the town centre and the beach. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms, although a bit tight, were well equipped with all the basic amenities you would need. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as having a pedestal fan and heater available. it was a very good experience.

All in all, my stay at this motel was great.

The motel is in good, tidy condition at a reasonable price, and close to town,and walking distance to several restaurants. The room was clean and the, beds were quite comfortable.

It was very hot during our stay, there is no air conditioning just a rusty old fan in the wardrobe which we didn't want to use. We were in a downstairs unit and were kept awake by footsteps on the creaky floor in the room above, until midnight, Despite the heat I did not use the pool which was less than sparkling, with numerous dead leaves and muck on the bottom. With a little more effort, this would be a great place to stay.

Check in was pleasant and we were upgraded which made us feel special. Much appreciated. Lovely clean units and the grounds beautiful. Staff very pleasant and we would recommend to family and friends. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

The location is fantastic, very close to shops, the waterfront, a supermarket, the beach, and the town.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as noise from the unit above us and the need for some updating, these did not significantly impact our overall experience. Despite these small issues, we still believe that Bk'S Fountain Court Motel offers great value for the price.

The room was lovely and fresh when we arrived. The staff were friendly. Pleasantly surprised that room was cleaned daily.

We stayed at a motor inn conveniently located near the beach and town centre. It was equally close to the seafront and the sunrise on the beach was a breathtaking view. The inn was surrounded by several restaurants and shops, making it easy for us to grab a bite to eat or go shopping. Our room was clean and spacious with a great bathroom and complimentary tea/ coffee. The staff was helpful and friendly, ensuring our stay was comfortable, with laundry facilities, and parking available.

The floor in our room squeaked loudly, disturbing us every time we moved.
